The Granby Housing Authority owns and maintains
(56) State Subsidized Elderly / Handicapped Apartments ( 667 ) located at Phins Hill Manor
and (12) State Subsidized Family Apartments (705) at Hillside Heights.
To ensure the delivery and availability of decent, safe, and sanitary affordable housing as defined in compliance with all applicable federal, state and local statutes and regulations. The Housing Authority is committed to ensuring that each employee of the authority is provided with necessary training and supervision to accomplish their assigned responsibilities and to promote the mission of the Granby Housing Authority.
The Granby Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites written quotes from Contractors for the Hillside Heights 705-01 Development for the Granby Housing Authority in Granby Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by Fuss & O’Neill, Inc.
The Project consists of an upgrades to the existing small PWS serving a residential townhome development, including well pump removal and replacement, inspection and testing of the existing well, as well as hydro cleaning and sanitizing, UV-filtration equipment installation, storage tank auxiliary ports for water delivery via tanker truck.
The work is estimated to cost $ 46,000.00
Quotes are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A (2)(B) & to state prevailing wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49§§26 to 27H inclusive.
Written Quotes will be received until 2:00 p.m., Friday, August 30th 2024.
